Our client in Luxembourg is seeking a Temenos Functional Payments TPH Lead Business Analyst to join their growing team.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the functional lead on Temenos Payments Hub (TPH) projects.Gather, analyse, and translate client requirements into clear functional specifications.Own and deliver end-to-end functional documentation and provide walkthroughs to technical teams.Conduct business-user training and support testing teams in creating test cases.Identify functional gaps and propose effective, scalable solutions.Ensure best-fit solutions by evaluating alternatives and understanding integration patterns.Support full software development lifecycle, ideally within an Agile environment.Provide regular project status updates to the Project Manager.Participate in RFP responses, workshops, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and testing support.Anticipate challenges during development and communicate necessary changes with clients.Required Skills & ExperienceExtensive background in banking, financial services, or consulting within these domains.Deep functional expertise in Payments and Temenos Payments Hub (TPH).Strong understanding of integration touchpoints, product setup, and core module behaviour.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Fluent French is essential for this role.Highly organised, autonomous, and solutions-driven.A proactive team player with strong energy, motivation, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.If you're interested in exploring this further, apply below or send your CV across ASAP, tyler.ross@fynitytalent.io
