The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Gerber software operation and pattern grading, ensuring precise and efficient cutting template preparation for woven garments.Operate template cutting machines efficiently to produce accurate templates as per pattern specifications.Work with Gerber CAD software for pattern input, modification, and cutting setup.Perform pattern grading according to size specifications and buyer requirements.Ensure the accuracy and consistency of templates before transferring to the production floor.Collaborate with the Pattern Master, Sample, and Production teams for smooth workflow.Maintain proper records of template cutting data and files.Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.Educational RequirementsSkills Required: Pattern grading, woven Garments, CAD Gerber softwareExperience Requirements2 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):GarmentsAdditional RequirementsProven experience as a Template Cutting Operator in the garment industry (woven preferred).Strong Gerber software operating skills.Sound knowledge of pattern grading and garment measurement standards.Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.Good communication and teamwork skills.
