We are looking for a Temporary Delivery CoordinatorPnr: 22437Job DescriptionWe are now looking for an enthusiastic Delivery Coordinator for a temporary position in our Order Management department.As a Delivery Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring that our deliveries to the subsea market are complete and documented according to customer requirements.An important part of the job is compiling final documentation (MRB – Material Record Book), which includes test reports, material certificates, and traceability lists with serial numbers for our products and components.You will be part of a team of several Delivery Coordinators, as well as the Order Management department, which consists of coordinators, planners, and project coordinators.The Delivery Coordinators communicate closely with these functions within the department, and also interact with production, warehouse, and engineering as needed.You may also be involved in coordination tasks related to order follow-up, depending on requirements.
