Job DescriptionPrimary Duties & Responsibilities Understand and application EHS requirements: ISO 45001& ISO 14001, 6S, legal requirements, global requirements and customer requirements in whole factory and related activities. Understands and applies principles, theories, concepts, techniques and standards of EHS Continuous review the risk assessment in whole company. Carry out EHS audit in whole company and support their improvement. Management dangerous material and evaluation Supports EHS training preparation and execution to raise up EHS awareness. Maintain, deploy and improve EHS procedures, EHS standard with with all related law, regulations and corporate standards/ polices Coordinate related Dept. and external organization to achieve EHS KPIs Investigate and prevent all nearmiss/incident/accident based on regulation of legal and procedure Continuously improve EHS standard, programs, tools, training and work processes with all related law, regulations and corporate standards/ policesEducation & ExperienceMinimum 3 yr. experience in manufactory.Graduated university with professional Degree relevant EHS or other relevantSkillsEnglish: intermediateCertificated safety group 2Certificated trained the trainer – EHSSkill: Risk assessment, training, root cause analysis, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Safety Observation.Well knowledge on EHS programs: fall protection, electrical, chemical, fire protection, Loto, 5S, Ergonomic, EHS Review, industrial hygiene, environmental protection,…Working ConditionsWorks in standard office / manufacturing environment.Physical RequirementsN/ASafety RequirementsAll employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
