About The JobMISSION:As a Sales Support & Hospitality Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a seamless and luxurious shopping experience for our clients. Your primary responsibilities include directly supporting the sales team to enhance their efficiency and client engagement while also providing exceptional hospitality. You may, at times, be the first point of contact, welcoming clients and setting the tone for their visit.Job responsibilitiesProvide direct support to the sales team, enabling them to focus on client interactions and sales.Prepare and serve refreshments to clients, contributing to a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.Assist with maintaining visual standards throughout the store as directed by the sales team.Support the wrapping and packaging of client purchases.Potentially serve as a host, welcoming clients at the door and managing initial client interactions.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and exceptional client journey.Help Back of house team with stock managementProfilePrevious experience in a sales support or hospitality role is preferred.Client-focused with a passion for providing excellent service.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the sales team and clients.Well-organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a collaborative spirit.Strong command of Finnish & English.Please only apply if this working pattern is feasible for you for the entire duration of the contract.Reference LVM29929
