Personal Assistant -Immediate Start Dublin 12 - Parking AvailableStart Date: ASAP - ongoing with view for permanency €45,000 Per AnnumHybrid - 2 Days Onsite 3 Days WFH as standardCharity SectorA leading charity is looking for a Personal Assistant to join them on temporary basis, with possible potential for permanency. This role will support an analytical leader and the team is data driven, so being confident in dealing with numbers is necessary. Additionally, this candidate needs to be strong in Excel and PowerPoint. Key Responsibilities:Manage the Director's full diary, including scheduling critical management meetings, conferences and external business appointments.Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for the Director and/or the team.Track and process departmental invoices, expense reports and other financial documentation.Prepare, coordinate, and format high-quality reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, focusing on strategic progress, performance metrics and business development initiatives.Use Microsoft Excel to organise, analyse and present key business data, including creating detailed spreadsheets, pivot tables, charts and basic financial models to support planning and decision-making.Develop and refine professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for Board meetings, executive reviews and external pitches, ensuring brand consistency and clear, impactful communication of strategy and performance results.Research, compile, and summarise relevant data to support the Director's strategic projects and business cases.Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external queries relating to strategic initiatives, performance tracking and business development projects.Provide dedicated support for managing ad-hoc and ongoing strategic projects.Accompany the Director to internal and external strategy meetings and business appointments to accurately minute-take, capture key decisions and track follow-up actions.Liaise with cross-functional departments to ensure the timely delivery of information and data required for strategic reports and performance reviews.Provide comprehensive administrative support, including drafting responses to correspondence, typing and formatting documents.Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy and integrity when handling confidential and sensitive company strategy, performance and business development information.Experience/Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant with additional 3 years of administrative experience.
