You will play a role in shaping our global talent strategy by managing full-cycle recruitment in Japan and supporting other international markets as needed. The ideal candidate is a collaborative partner with strong stakeholder management skills, deep curiosity about people and international business, and the ability to source and attract top-tier talent across in global markets. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across functions, departments, and global markets, in close collaboration with local HR teams, hiring managers and globally distributed stakeholders. Serve as a strategic recruitment partner, aligning talent acquisition efforts with business needs and ensuring the right talent is matched to the right opportunities. Source, engage, and build relationships with both active and passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies and the development of talent pipelines.

Conduct local market research to stay ahead of hiring trends, market practices, and talent availability, and provide actionable insights to the business to inform recruitment strategy. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, optimize, and enhance recruitment processes that support effective hiring in global markets. Represent the company professionally throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint. QualificationsBachelors degree with 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within the technology, gaming, or entertainment industries. Professional Fluency in Japanese, Mandarin Chinese and/or English. Proven ability to succeed in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments, with experience filling specialized or hard-to-recruit roles.

Detail-oriented, results-driven, with strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new markets, and work autonomously in a global context.
