Ensure clear, timely and effective communication with all stakeholders. Track and monitor projects and provide visibility on overall pipeline/portfolio health. Maintain the Development Pipeline Management tool; help improve usability and accuracy of project tracking.

Build and maintain the Gate Review documentation center, while creating and managing related documents to ensure accessibility, consistency, and clarity across teams. Identify pain points or inefficiencies in the Gate Review workflow and contribute to initiatives that enhance the process. 岗位要求1-3 years of experience in project management, ideally in the gaming or tech industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese to facilitate collaborations. Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong organizational and time management skills. Solid understanding of project management principles, with ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate workflow to meet deadlines.
