We are seeking a Tender Administrator to support our Commercial, compliance, and operational teams to manage end-to-end bidding and tendering process, ensuring competitive, compliant proposals and maximizing the probability of winning tender exercises and grow bookings from China State-Owned Enterprises (SOE).Responsibilities:Tender Information Sourcing & Management Bid/No-BidDecision Support Bid/Tender Document Preparation (Core Function)Bid Submission & Process Execution PostSubmission Follow-up & Contracting QualificationsRequirements:Exceptional Attention to Detail & Accuracy: Zero tolerance for errors leading to disqualification.Outstanding Project Management & Organization: Juggling multiple deadlines and complex tasks under pressureSuperior Written Communication & Documentation Skills: Expertise in crafting clear, compelling, and professional business documentsStrong Analytical & Comprehension Skills: Ability to quickly grasp complex requirementsExcellent Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Leading cross functional teams effectivelyCommercial Acumen: Understanding of pricing strategies, cost structures, and contract risksNegotiation Skills: (Especially post-award)Proficiency in Tender Regulations: Knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., Procurement Acts, Bid Protest procedures)Familiarity with E-Procurement/E-Tendering PlatformsResilience & Time Management: Thriving in deadline-driven, high-pressure environment
