Tender Engineer (HV/EHV substation Design and Engineering, EPC proposal preparation,)

Responsibilities -Perform thorough Study of Client Requirements/ Project Technical Specifications/Tender documentsUnderstand customer needs to develop customized proposals meeting their expectations.Provide technical consultancy to clients to ensure accurate fulfillment of the needsTrack and manage all ongoing and completed tenders to ensure compliance and successAnalyze project requirements and identify key technical and commercial aspectsIn depth review of technical & commercial offers and propose effective and innovative solutionsPrepare accurate cost estimates, timelines, and tender proposalsDevelop strategies and plans to win tenders and secure contractsCollaboration with sales and projects teams and various departments to collect necessary data for tender submissionsPrepare periodic reports on the status of tenders and submitted proposalsProvide necessary support for amendments and revisions required for the proposalsProvide recommendations to improve tendering strategies and increase success rates in securing projects. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (Power)Required Skills -Minimum 5 years of experience in HV/EHV substation Design and Engineering, EPC proposal preparationProven experience in tendering / project management with strong background in design & engineering of HV/EHV substation equipment/ substation constructionAbility to analyze complex project requirements and develop innovative solutionsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAble to thoroughly read and understand the Tender documents and correlate general and specific requirements of the bidTesting & Commissioning of the substation equipment shall be an added advantage
