Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida, for a Tender Management professional. The Tender Management professional will be responsible for end-to-end tender management services, including compiling proposals, submitting bids, and liaising with all stakeholders to ensure a compliant and successful tender submission. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong project management skillsAbility to analyze and interpret tenders, contractual conditions, and organizational requirementsSound technical knowledge of the tendering process and familiarity with government procurement processesExperience in tender management, with a proven track record of successful tender submissionsAttention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related fieldFamiliarity with quality management systems or industry-specific certifications is a plus
