Tender Manager

As a Tender Manager, you are responsible for coordinating and managing the entire tender process within our organization, with a specific focus on the Controls, Fire & Security business lines in the Benelux region. You play a key role in successfully responding to (inter)national tenders and proposal requests. You work closely with sales, legal, finance, and operational teams to deliver winning submissions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end tender process across the Benelux region.Focus on tenders related to Controls, Fire & Security solutions.Analyze tender documents and translate them into a clear bid strategy.Draft and edit high-quality, customer-focused, and distinctive proposals.Monitor deadlines, ensure quality, and maintain compliance throughout the process.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather input and required documentation.Identify risks and ensure legal and financial requirements are met.Evaluate completed tenders and implement improvements for future submissions.ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree level of thinking and working.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.Experience with tenders in technical or security-related domains is a plus.Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written); French is a plus.Proactive, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure.What We OfferA dynamic role with significant responsibility and impact.Collaboration with a professional and motivated team.Opportunities for personal development and growth.Competitive salary and attractive secondary benefits.
