ResponsibilitiesJob description Understanding the requirement of tender documents Exercise collaborative plan and define extend of works Understanding and achieving within timelines and timely management of tender activities General duties include measurement of quantity, collection quotation, cost comparison, and participating in preparing tender price Review of quotations with the specifications Study and identify discrepancies in tender/contract documents and raise queries for clarifications Proofreading of tender responses to highlight areas for incorporation of quantity and ensure issuance to stakeholders to quote for works Negotiate the price with the Subcontractors and Suppliers Review of cost impact (Value Engineering proposal/ Variations)Requirements Diploma | Degree in Quantity Surveying. Above 3 years of cost estimating experience Work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
