Roles & Responsibilities.To identify opportunities, prepare and submit bids, and manage the entire tender process from start to finish. 1. Overseeing the entire tendering process, from identifying new opportunities to managing submissions and post-submission follow-up.2. Preparing and compiling all necessary tender documentation, including bids, proposals, and supporting materials. This includes ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client and regulatory requirements3. Analyzing tender specifications, requirements, and terms to develop competitive strategies and identify potential risks.4. Working with other departments, such as sales, finance, legal, and engineering, to gather information, address technical issues, and provide input for the bid.5. Conducting cost analysis, developing pricing structures, and ensuring all commercial aspects of the bid are comprehensive and accurate.6. Liaising with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and negotiating contract terms and conditions after a bid is submitted.7. Ensuring all submissions meet company policies, industry regulations, and client-specific requirements.8. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all tender activities, submissions, and communications Educational Qualifications: Diploma or BE in ElectricalExperience: 2-3 yrs Experience in Tendering (preferably in electrical industry)
