Tendering Engineer

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Tendering Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals across a range of platforms such as Etimad, Modon, Khibrah, Forsah, and others. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely, accurate, and competitive bid submissions.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in compliance with tender requirements.Review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to identify requirements and deliverables.Coordinate with engineering, finance, and management teams to gather input and ensure proposal accuracy.Manage tender submission processes across multiple platforms (Etimad, Modon, Khibrah, Forsah, etc.).Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, and follow-ups to track progress and outcomes.Ensure compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and company policies.Support contract negotiation and handover to project execution teams when required.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering.Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or proposal preparation (engineering or consulting background preferred).Strong knowledge of tendering processes and platforms (Etimad, Modon, Khibrah, Forsah, etc.).Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Fluency in Arabic and English.
