Tendering Engineer

Main Responsibilities:Prepare the technical methodology, descriptions, and documentation for tender submissions.Ensure all technical parts of the offer comply with tender specifications, project requirements, and Romanian construction standards.Collaborate closely with the Tender Manager, Calculation Specialist, and Eligibility Specialist to produce complete offers.Review project drawings, bills of quantities, and specifications to define appropriate construction methodologies.Advise on technical solutions, materials, and construction techniques for tenders.Maintain a library of technical references, standards, and past project documentation.Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.Support the team in clarifying technical requirements with clients or authorities.Requirements:University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Proven experience (3–5 years) in technical preparation or construction project planning.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical standards in Romania.Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear tender documentation.Organized, methodical, and able to meet strict deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian (mandatory).Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CAD or project software is an advantage.Team player with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Workplace:Full-time office position based in Bucharest, Romania.
