Tenity is an innovation service provider, early-stage investor, and global fintech ecosystem with offices in London, Zurich, Singapore, Madrid, Istanbul, and Tallinn. As we expand our presence across the Nordics and Baltics, we are looking for a Program Manager to run one of our strategic corporate startup programs. This role is central to delivering a multi-country program across all seven markets in the region, ensuring excellence in execution, stakeholder management, and ecosystem engagement. It combines program delivery, client management, and ecosystem orchestration, with travel requirements of approximately 30%.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the planning and day-to-day delivery of a corporate startup program across the Nordics and Baltics. Serve as the main operational contact for the corporate client, ensuring high-quality service and stakeholder satisfaction. Facilitate workshops, events, and structured match-making between startups and corporate stakeholders. Coordinate logistics, schedules, and resources to deliver smooth program execution across multiple countries. Track program performance, gather feedback, and report outcomes to internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners to strengthen the program’s reach.
Your Profile4–7 years of experience in program management, operations, or client-facing roles in innovation, startups, venture capital, or related industries. Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder programs or projects, ideally with corporates and startups involved. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex logistics across multiple countries. Confident facilitator and communicator, skilled in engaging diverse audiences from founders to executives. Entrepreneurial and hands-on, with attention to detail and a focus on outcomes. Fluent in English; additional Nordic or Baltic language is a strong advantage. Willing to travel up to 30% within the Nordics and Baltics.
