Who are we looking for?As the Producer at tentree, you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and enjoy working on a versatile slate of productions. Under the direction of the Head of Brand & Digital Strategy, you will oversee lifestyle and studio photo projects from start to finish as well as, at times, our video shoots. You will ensure that our shoots run smoothly and seamlessly, products look good on set and on models, are well styled within Brand Guidelines and our shot lists reflect Brand, e-Comm and Wholesale needs.

Confident decision-making and a sharp eye for detail are as essential as tactical thinking and clear communication for this role. This position will require spending long hours in the photo studio for ecommerce shootsWhat will you be doing?In this role, you will:

Plan and lead photo and video productions from start to finish—including scheduling, budgeting, product prep, logistics, talent coordination, set-up, and wrapCollaborate with internal stakeholders and channel leads to align on creative briefs, shot lists, and production needsLead pre-production planning, including meetings, contracts, permits, bookings, external vendor coordination (models, stylists, caterers, location scouts), and staffing supportEnsure all samples and styling are shoot-ready, coordinating with Product and Sourcing teams to track, receive, sort, prep, and steam product, and oversee accurate styling aligned with brand guidelinesManage studio operations, including scheduling shoots, maintaining the studio calendar, schedule recurring photographers, and keeping the space clean, organized, and inventory sorted by campaignCreate and distribute production materials, such as call sheets, shot lists, inspiration decks, and talent info, ensuring clarity and consistency across teamsCoordinate on-set logistics, supporting team comfort and efficiency through thoughtful planning of meals, transportation, staffing, and environmentHandle post-shoot workflows, ensuring accurate product representation, file naming and organization, and timely image delivery to meet campaign deadlinesMaintain production inventory, managing props, sourcing new items, and donating or selling as needed to keep things streamlinedEnsure compliance and smooth administration, managing contracts, payments, insurance, legal requirements, and freelancer documentationContinuously improve workflows to enhance efficiency across production planning, execution, and deliveryRequirementsProfessional Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a production or project management role within a creative team or agencyDegree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Film, Journalism, Visual Communication, New Media, or related fieldProven experience managing production shoots, budgets, schedules, and timelinesStrong organizational and time management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality work on timeAbility to manage multiple projects and a high volume of information with close attention to detailExperience identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing process improvementsStrong understanding of visual branding across digital mediaClear and professional communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external vendorsComfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teamsWillingness and ability to travel internationallyValid driver's license (access to a vehicle is an asset)Personal Strengths:
