Terakraft serves GPU-as-a-Service providers and AI-native enterprises that require high-density, resilient and sustainable compute.
The OpportunityAs Senior Project Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of our new 10 MW facility—from preconstruction and site development through commissioning and handover. You’ll be the authoritative presence onsite, steering multiple vendors, championing safety, and keeping schedule, budget and quality on track. What You’ll DoLead day today construction activities and represent the company with relevant contractors, partners and authorities. Coordinate engineering, procurement, HSE and commissioning teams to deliver a fully operational plant within set deadlines and budgets. Identify risks early, resolve roadblocks, and report progress via KPI dashboards.
Foster a robust safety culture and ensure compliance with Norwegian regulations and internal company instructions and guidelines. Mentor project engineers and share best practices. . What You BringAt least 8 + years of experience managing largescale industrial, datacentre or energy projects — in Norway. Proven track record delivering complex builds on time and within budget. Fluency in English and Norwegian. Solid grasp of regulations, construction contracts, change order management and HSE leadership.
