Terminal Product Quality Manager

The role:The Terminal Product Quality Manager is responsible for improving the terminal as a product and should achieve the enhancement of customer experience. She/he liaises with the various stakeholders of the terminals, checks and monitors the surveying process, analyzes the quarterly results and suggests areas of improvement; initiates customer experience improvement of soft- and hardware of the terminal, commercial areas, and maintenance area. She/he performs an active role in customer feedback and analysis of results, establishes events calendar, manages events that improve the sense of the place, participates in all design concepts of terminal’s operations representing the requirements of customer experience improvement, tracks international trends in terminal design, manages smaller customer experience enhancement projects, has a good understanding what customers want and what they expect from services and facilities at the terminal.
