Your RoleYou will be in charge of the entire post-sales process - from onboarding, implementation, ongoing relationship, expansions, and renewals. This position involves direct engagement with customers and hands-on ownership of their success. You will work closely with Terra鈥檚 customers and delivery team. The position includes designing and implementing structured onboarding and customer-facing operational workflows, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring that each customer receives full, end-to-end support and partnership from Terra. What You Bring3+ years of experience in Customer Success / post-sales roles in a cybersecurity company.
Demonstrated experience in building and optimizing processes such as onboarding flows and operational workflows tailored to customer needs. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and strong team collaboration abilities. Startup mindset: self-starter, creative problem solver, and able to deliver high-quality results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. AI-native mindset with hands-on experience working with LLMs and gen-AI tools. Experience with offensive security or penetration testing solutions is a strong advantage.
