Position OverviewVivo Energy Madagascar is hiring a Territory Manager to manage and develop Retailers in his designated zone. Territory Manager plays a critical role in managing growth of market share and retail site development potential, in maximize Retail sites' profitability and ensuring retailers implement all areas of the Customer Commitment and ensure compliance with the Site quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage the daily supply of sites to ensure required minimum stockMaximize all sales development potential through the implementation of an appropriate action plan in line with Vivo Energy's policyManage and maintain positive relationships with Retailers, helping them achieve and sustain top performance at their sites through advice, coaching, motivation, and engagementEnsure Retailer meets the financial performance criteria: profitability, return on investment, acceptable levels of cash and working capitalEnsure that Retailers implement management, monitoring, and control tools for each Service StationSupport retailers in training and developing their staff using the tools, processes, and materials recommended by Vivo EnergyEnsure at any time that Service Stations are ready to properly receive customers according to the company's standardsEnsure that managers implement all customer commitment requirements and adhere to site standards, contracts, and operation manuals, as well as maintain Hygiene, Health, Safety, and Environmental standardsSupport the recruitment, selection, and development of retail managers and staffDevelop and maintain a strong HSSE culture within geographical areasActively contribute to Operational Excellence objectives and projectsRequirementsQualifications, Skills & ExperienceMasters degree in Sales/ Marketing or equivalentAt least 3 years of experience in a role related to retail or sales operationsPrior experience in managing retail operations is a plusProven sales and commercial acumen; understanding of market dynamics is essentialProven negotiation skillsEffective coaching and team-building skillsStrong communication, negotiation, and influencing skillsStrong results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilitiesMarket awareness with solid contacts in the territoryAbility to analyze consumer, customer, and category data to develop strategic business insightsSkilled in performance management and customer service processesExpertise in pricing strategies and retailer value propositionIn-depth understanding of retail economics and operational principlesDemonstrable competence in implementing standard processes, achieving sales targets, building relationships with Retailers, delivering Retail Customer CommitmentSolid grasp of HSSE standards and their application in retail environmentsAbility and willingness to travel frequently in the designated zoneClosing date: 30th november 2025To apply, please send us your resume by 30th november 2025 through below application link:https://apply.workable.com/vivo-energy/j/426F588328/
