We’re looking for a Territory Manager to take charge of our Lower South Island region and lead the way in delivering exceptional service and sales performance.About The RoleWe’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our team and drive growth across the Lower South Island. In this role, you’ll be responsible for achieving sales and margin targets, managing distributor relationships, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. You’ll play a key part in expanding our market presence, developing product expertise, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic territory planning and execution.You Will Be Responsible ForDrive sales growth and achieve margin targets across your territoryBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributor partnersIdentify new business opportunities and support the rollout of new initiativesNegotiate contracts and conduct regular account reviewsDeliver product presentations and technical service support to clientsManage service schedules, reports, and ensure contractual obligations are metMonitor competitor activity and provide market insights to managementTravel regularly across the Lower South Island (minimum 10 days/month)What You Need To Be Successful2–3 years of experience in technical sales and servicingTertiary qualification in a technical or commercial field preferredStrong business acumen and customer focusAbility to quickly learn technical concepts and industry knowledgeExcellent planning, communication, and presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointWillingness to travel across the territoryIf you're a results-driven professional with a passion for customer relationships, sales growth, and strategic territory management—this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.
