Territory Manager – Wound Care Division Location: Dublin Region Contract Type: Initial 6-Month ContractRole Overview: We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our Wound Care Division on an initial 6-month contract, covering the Dublin region. This role involves developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, driving the use of wound care products, and ensuring optimal outcomes across hospitals, community care, and primary healthcare settings.Key Responsibilities:Achieve and exceed targets within the assigned territory.Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including tissue viability nurses, community nurses, procurement managers, and hospital decision-makers.Provide product training, clinical support, and education sessions to healthcare teams.Identify and develop new business opportunities across acute and community care settings.Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.Deliver territory reports, forecasts, and performance updates.Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximise cross-selling opportunities.Requirements:Minimum 2+ years’ experience in wound care, either from sales or clinical nursing.Proven track record of achieving targets in a competitive market.Strong clinical and technical aptitude with excellent presentation skills.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-starter with strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.Full, clean driving licence.Based in or able to cover the Dublin region.What We Offer:Competitive daily/weekly rate for the contract period.Company phone and laptop.Opportunity to gain experience in a respected wound care portfolio.Supportive environment with professional development opportunities.
