It entails managing a team, maintain strong relationships, foster co-operation and communicate effectively across different mediums. The role bearer has to make sure adherence to the policies and guidelines set. The execution of these tasks must be accomplished in such manner which is both sales supportive and risk averse contributing to the larger objectives of the bank.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring business from themEnsuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejectionExtensive knowledge and understanding of retails assets, products, operations, and current market trendsIdentifying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business and provide high quality customer serviceRecommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high quality customer service.Education QualificationGraduation: Any graduationExperience2+ years of relevant experience
