You will play a pivotal part in driving business growth across a South West Sydney territory. Working closely with hospitals and healthcare professionals, you’ll combine commercial drive with clinical expertise to deliver value, foster strong partnerships, and support the adoption of market-leading technologies that enable optimal patient outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth across your hospital accountsIdentify opportunities by analysing and interpreting market and sales dataBuild strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and other healthcare professionalsDeliver product demonstrations and provide clinical case supportEnsure exceptional customer service at every touchpointAbout you:Proven success in medical device sales (theatre/surgical experience highly valued)Nursing experience highly preferredStrong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding targetsExcellent relationship-building and influencing skillsTechnical aptitude and the ability to thrive in clinical discussionsA team-oriented mindset with a drive to winYou'll be joining a long-tenured and supportive team led by an engaged, approachable manager who invests in people.
