Purpose BVI is seeking new Territory Manager to complete our sales team in Sweden. As Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and visibility of BVI's innovative product portfolio within the ophthalmology sector. Your main focus will be on building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting our high-quality medical devices, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. As a trusted partner to your customers, you will play a key role in improving patient outcomes and the success of BVI in the region.Sales Promotion Key Responsibilities Promote BVI products to ophthalmologists and related medical personnel in the area. Building and maintaining relationships with hospital pharmacists, the surgical team and decision-makers in cataract and retinal surgery. Organizing product demonstrations and wet labs for both existing and potential customers. Account Management Maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships through regular visits and communication. Ensure the smooth installation of IOL consignments in clinics and hospitals, in collaboration with customer service and pharmacists. On-site Support Supporting eye surgeons and nursing staff in the use of products and ensuring the correct handling of implants and instruments. Training hospital staff on intraocular implants and surgical instruments. Marketing And Promotion Active participation in national and international ophthalmology congresses, promoting BVI products and the brand. Collecting and passing on market insights and competitive information to the BVI team. Reporting Report on activity plans and results to the Sales & Marketing Manager. Provide weekly visit and activity reports via CRM systems. Communicating essential sales information to the Back Office for effective follow-up. Qualification Education: Diploma equivalent to ESTC (short higher education) or a high school diploma with relevant experience. A scientific background or experience in ophthalmology or general surgery is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the implantable medical device sector, with knowledge of sales promotion techniques. Experience in sales or marketing is a plus. Languages: Fluent in local language and English. Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Proficiency in using common office software such as Microsoft Windows and MS Office (Outlook). Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel locally to clients if needed. Familiarity with ISO standards and their application is an advantage.
