Job SummaryWe are looking for a Territory Sales Executive to lead and grow our sales operations in Davao. This role is responsible for developing and managing key accounts, overseeing distribution channels, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the region.The ideal candidate has proven experience in territory or field sales, preferably from industries such as construction supplies, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals. You will work closely with distributors, retailers, and internal teams to ensure effective product availability, customer satisfaction, and strong market presence.Key QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in territory sales, account management, or distribution handling, preferably within construction supplies, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or chemical industries.Expertise:Strong background in sales execution, route-to-market planning, and territory expansion.Demonstrated success in managing dealer and distributor relationships.Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong organizational and coordination abilities.High initiative and self-motivation for field-based work.Mindset: Results-driven, customer-focused, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.Location: Must be based in Davao and willing to travel within assigned territories.
