Our technological leadership, certified quality, and product excellence reflect our unwavering commitment to innovation—positioning Infrico as a global benchmark in the commercial refrigeration sector.We offer an extensive portfolio of refrigeration equipment covering all cold-related needs in the foodservice industry, bakery, pastry, ice cream, catering, and supermarkets through our specialized product lines.In the United States, Infrico has operated for 12 years with its main office and central warehouse located in Sweetwater (Miami), along with multiple distribution warehouses across the country. We are now seeking to take the company to the next level in sales growth and nationwide expansion. Job Description/ResponsibilitiesCreate, develop, and maintain relationships with Manufacture’s Sales Representatives, Dealers, Distributors, and Consultants in the Food Service industry.Establish, follow, and monitor a variety of sales programs in the designated region and pinpoint innovative ways to penetrate new markets, expand our customer base, and promote our line of products.Follow up on sales goals and expectations, provide advice, and address challenges.Travel an average of 2/3 weeks a month to visit different territories. Report to the corporation on a weekly basis the status of all accounts.Provide support and guidance to Manufacturers’ Representatives.Implement training programs for all customers and consultants.Attend the company´s tradeshows.Marketing support.Forecast product, sales, and pricing trends in the market with the help of the factory in Spain.Develop sales pitches, special initiatives, and seasonal campaigns.Continuous follow-up with all customers.Experience/Requirements3 + years of sales experience in the Equipment Foodservice Industry.Highly proactive sales hunter, focused on prospecting, generating new business, and opening new accounts, rather than managing existing ones.Knowledge of Commercial Refrigeration equipment is a plus.Experience with Dealers, Distributors, Consultants, and End-users.Management or related field needed.Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals. Reporting experience.Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation/closing skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, outgoing, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
