We are looking for a candidate who embodies Esko/Veralto's values and brings a strong commercial mindset.In this role, a typical day will look like:Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and resellers, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market engagement.Solution Selling: Promote the full Esko portfolio with a consultative, value-driven sales approach tailored to customer needs.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Application Sales Managers and Product Managers to deliver integrated solutions and uncover upsell opportunities.Market Expansion: Execute go-to-market strategies for new products and emerging markets, contributing to regional growth.Proposal Generation: Develop and present competitive, customer-centric proposals that reflect Esko’s commitment to quality and innovation.Market Intelligence: Provide actionable insights on competitor positioning, pricing, and market dynamics to inform strategic marketing and sales planning.Relationship Building: Establish strong business networks and represent Esko with professionalism and integrity.The essential requirements of the job include:Hands-on experience in sales in a high-tech B2B environment, preferably in Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, packaging, commercial solutionsProven success in managing direct and indirect sales channelsEducational background in Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, Engineering, or related fields is preferredWillingness to travel up to 50% across TurkeyExceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsA proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and successFluency in Turkish and strong command of English; Arabic and/or French is considered an surplusEsko is proud to part of the Product Quality & Innovation segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods.
