Location: field-based (Denmark) We are looking for an ambitious Territory Sales Manager to join our Joint Replacement (JR) division in Denmark. In this role, you will help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s hip and knee replacement solutions, including our cutting-edge Mako SmartRobotics technology across Denmark.In this role, you’ll demonstrate best-in-class sales behaviors, serving as a role model for junior colleagues while leveraging a consultative approach to selling. Your responsibilities include engaging potential customers, understanding their clinical and business needs, positioning Stryker’s products as the optimal solution, and driving successful outcomes through closing agreements and delivering exceptional post-sale support – including case coverage in the operating theater.What you will do?In your role, you will start with a familiarization phase with product training to learn about the JR product portfolio and develop relationships with key opinion leaders. You will build strong clinical knowledge to hold credible conversations and position products effectively.In coordination with the Regional Sales Manager, you will build and monitor the sales plan for the assigned territory based on business objectives and customer needs.Drive sales growth by identifying new customers, negotiating deals and monitoring market trends. Leverage commercial knowledge of both public and private sectors to maximize opportunities.Use your product and procedural knowledge to advise, train and partner with healthcare professionals, including clinical support in the operating room.Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations and proactively suggesting improvements.Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth product supply, delivery timelines, and inventory management.Mentor and support junior sales representatives, contributing to their development.Represent Stryker at trade fairs, congresses and business meetings to expand your network and build market presence.What You NeedRequired: You hold a diploma/degree preferably in fields such as radiography, healthcare, business administration, or in any other relevant areas.4+ years of Sales experience, preferably in Hip & Knee Surgery and/or medical devices.Excellent interpersonal communications and persuasion skills – with proficiency in Danish and English.Strong relationship builders with great networking skills and a collaborative mindset.Passionate about medical technology, driven to achieve goals and deliver excellent customer service.Adaptable, organized and analytically minded.Empathetic and committed to understanding customer needs and contributing to better healthcare.A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory (across Denmark) as required.Preferred: Experience in the Joint Replacement / implant placement field is not mandatory, but it is an advantage.Knowledge of the medical device environment and related regulations.Experience in consultative selling and business planning.Familiarity with tendering processes and financing options for customers.What do we offer in return?We grow talent: You will have the opportunity to develop your career based on your strengths and ambitions – at junior or senior level.Recognition of your performance: At Stryker, outstanding individual and cross-functional team performance is rewarded.
