Ela Rice & Agro Products Limited is looking for Territory Sales Manager (TSM) - Rice SalesJob Description / ResponsibilityCompany Overview:Ela Rice and Agro Products Limited (A concern of Bhaiya Group) is one of the promising rice producers and suppliers in Bangladesh, committed to delivering premium quality rice to consumers across the country. To strengthen our market coverage and expand distribution, we are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) who will be responsible for driving sales and managing dealers/distributors in assigned territories.Job Responsibilities:Achieve monthly and yearly rice sales targets in assigned territory.Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors, dealers, and retailers.Ensure strong product visibility and market coverage.Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales.Monitor competitor activities and prepare market intelligence reports.Collect sales data, analyze territory performance, and report to Regional Sales Manager.Ensure timely collection of receivables from market.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.Conduct field visits regularly and supervise sales representatives/promoters.Workplace: Office & Extensive Field WorkJob Location: Based on assigned territory (mention division/district, e.g., Dhaka, Jashore, Chattogram, etc.)Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingMaster of Business Administration (MBA)Master of Business Administration (MBA) in MarketingBachelor`s/Master`s degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant discipline.Experience Requirements3 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (FMCG),Agro based StartupAdditional RequirementsMinimum 3-5 years` experience in FMCG/Rice sales/Agro-products sales (experience in rice or food grains sales will get preference).Skills:Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Sound knowledge of distribution management and market dynamics.Must be target-oriented and capable of handling market pressure.Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, reporting tools).Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.Job LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
