Advanced Chemical Industries PLC (ACI) is looking for Territory Sales Office (Modern Trade / Institutional Sales)Key Points2-4 years of experience in Modern Trade / Institutional / Garments/ Corporate Sales in FMCG, Consumer Goods, or relevant industry.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.Job Description / ResponsibilityAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned channels (Modern Trade, Institutions, Corporate Accounts).Execute company’s sales strategies and promotional plans effectively at the outlet/account level.Maintain strong relationships with key modern trade chains, institutional clients, and corporate customers.Negotiate and implement trade terms, visibility agreements, and promotional activities.Ensure timely order collection, billing, and payment realization.Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.Coordinate with Trade Marketing team for activation and promotional execution.Maintain discipline in documentation, claims submission, and expense management.Prepare periodic sales, competitor, and market analysis reports for management review.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsSkills Required: Key Account Management, Sales target, Customer Service, B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Negotiation and Convincing SkillExperience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (FMCG),Food (Packaged)/Beverage,Group of Companies,Chemical Industries,ToiletriesJob LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
