We are proud that Air Techniques represents superior quality to dealers and dentists worldwide.Essential Functions And Responsibilities Business Development Create brand and product awareness and preferences in favor of Air Techniques and its products among relevant dealer personnel and dentists Create maximum transparency with regard to defined market data of their area and input such data into the relevant systems, e.g. CRM Assist in organizing and executing events (i.e. National Trade Shows, dealer offices or dealer events) in their area Develop and execute actions in line with the specific, individual territory plans as agreed with the Regional Sales Manager Actively sell or support dealer sale of our products Coordinate all relevant activities between Dealer, Dentist and relevant internal departments Business Planning Develop business plans, sales strategies for their area in line with the corporate targets for the regionDerive from these plans dealer individual action plans for the sake of self-management and personal action planningBusiness Tracking Continuous follow up and track execution as well as success of agreed actionsContinuous monitoring on sales progress and initiate corrective actions if neededReport continuously relevant tracking results into the adequate corporate systemsPrompt reporting of upcoming or existing product issues to Product Managers and QualityRelationship Building Establish a reliable partnership with the dealers, dealer branch manager and personnel characterized by mutual trust, commitment and honestyCreate and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, which is valued as being fair to all involvedAdministrative Adhere all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes and make sure that they are followedPerforms other duties, as assignedWork Experience Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience working hand on with commercial equipment, either in a sales or technical service function required; Dental industry experience preferred Must be able to travel 60% Core Skills Requirements Strong focus on performance and achieving targets along with capability to set and communicate clear objectives Strong relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills Strong consulting, selling and closing capabilities; ability to analyze data and identify selling opportunities Strong teamwork and partnering along with equally strong influencing skills Strong technical aptitude (electronics, software and mechanical) to sell and offer solutions for our product lines Proficiency in business software, e.g. MS Office, CRM systems Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent or related experience It is the policy of Air Techniques to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, religion, national origin or ancestry, gender, citizenship, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, sexual preference, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
