Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis team, working on a wide range of tasks from simple BAU changes to complex solution delivery projects. In this role, you’ll go beyond analysing the business - you’ll be solving problems, driving meaningful change, and helping deliver real value across the organisation. This is a fixed-term role for 12-months to cover parental leave and based at our TEC offices in Wellington. The key responsibilities of the role are to: Analyse business problems, identify their root causes and determine potential solutionsContribute to feasibility assessments and business casesDevelop and manage high-quality requirements through the delivery processApply a range of modelling techniques to visualise current and future statesAnalyse process workflows to identify improvement opportunitiesHe k?rero m?u: What we are looking for: This role would suit someone who has prior experience as a business analyst and enjoys working with data and technical complexity. We need someone with: At least 1-2 years’ experience working as a business analyst in an agile environment.
