Position OverviewThe primary role of the classroom teacher is to maximise student learning and development through the planning, preparation, and teaching of programs tailored to meet individual learning needs and achieve specific student outcomes. Teachers are responsible for delivering lessons across a range of student abilities and classes, ensuring effective differentiation to accommodate diverse learning styles.
