Job OverviewThe International School of Monaco is seeking to appoint a motivated and experienced Head of Access and Inclusion, with high expectations of student academic achievement and well-being. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive team of international teachers who are fully committed to bilingual and international education. Knowledge and experience of bilingual learning and teaching strategies, which support language acquisition and proficiency. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a leadership role. Experience and understanding of curriculum development for Learning Support lessonsExperience of Learning Support in both Primary and Secondary contextsAdvantageous To HaveSignificant experience in a similar positionExperience in classroom observation and faculty appraisal.
