Test Analyst

We’re looking for skilled Test Analysts to join our team and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and quality of our data and applications. In this role, you’ll validate data flows, test functional processes, and play a key part in maintaining high standards across our data and software environments.Key Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for both data validation and functional scenarios.Write and optimize SQL queries for data verification and analysis.Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.Participate in test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.Identify and document issues, gaps, and risks, ensuring they are addressed efficiently.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a Test Analyst or QA professional on data-focused or functional projects.Strong SQL and data manipulation skills for validation and reporting.Solid understanding of data testing approaches, ETL processes, and Data Warehouse concepts.Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.What We’re Looking For:Professionals who combine strong technical skills with critical thinking.Testers who understand the broader context and impact of their work, not just following scripts.Team players who integrate smoothly into program teams and contribute to overall quality and success.
