We have grown rapidly generating more than a quarter of a billion dollars of sales and now we have offices across the UK, Europe, the US, the UAE and India.We have delivered projects for some of the world’s largest firms in financial services, governments, and leading fintechs and startups, including JP Morgan, HSBC, Deutsche Bank and Rolls Royce.We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join one of our Banking Clients.✅Work location: Warsaw✅Work setting: hybrid✅Contract: B2BKey Responsibilities:Collaborate effectively within a Scrum team, working closely with developers, testers, and business analystsAnalyze requirements and user stories, refine them, and provide effort estimatesPrepare test data for both manual and automated testing scenariosAuthor, review, maintain, and execute test cases; log, track, and manage defectsImplement and run automated test scripts using Python, Robot Framework, and SeleniumEnsure a balanced approach to testing with roughly equal focus on manual and automated testsFollow the Master Test Plan and established Test Processes, identifying opportunities for improvementExpand and maintain test automation coverage while organizing testing activities efficientlySupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Pre-Production/Production testing phasesCommunicate proactively with team members and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deliveryRequirements:4+ years of experience in software testing or development, including 3+ years in PythonExperience in test automation (Robot Framework, Selenium)Strong skills in locating UI elements (XPath) and POM pattern knowledgeExperience with BDD and integration testing (API, Kafka, UC4, etc.)Analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and collaboration skills; experience in Agile teams (Scrum/SAFe)Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, qTest, or similar toolsISTQB knowledge and experience applying different testing levels and techniques
