Job Title: Test Automation EngineerRole Purpose:The Test Automation Engineer is responsible for building and maintaining automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery. This role integrates automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, enabling faster and more reliable releases.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworksIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testingCollaborate with development and QA teams to define test strategies and scenariosExecute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defectsIdentify opportunities to improve test automation coverage, efficiency, and reliabilityMaintain documentation for test cases, frameworks, and test resultsStay updated on emerging QA tools, frameworks, and best practicesRequired Experience & Skills:5+ years of experience in QA automation or test engineeringStrong experience in building automated testing frameworks and scriptingProficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similarExperience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)Knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and defect managementStrong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferred (Nice to Have):Experience in enterprise-level applications and large-scale systemsFamiliarity with performance, security, or API testing automationExposure to Agile or DevOps environmentsKnowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
