Role: Selenium Test Automation EngineerLocation: Zurich, SwitzerlandPermanent Full time EmploymentJob Description:· Selenium Test Automation Engineer with min 6 yrs of Exp· Implement the test strategy using standardized test methods and tools with a high focus on automation wherever possible· Prepare and maintain test plans aligned to release strategy and calendar· Provide and monitor the required test resources (personnel, methods, processes, and tools)· Analyze, test, and evaluate user requirements, specifications, and models in terms of testability· Create test specifications based on a detailed technical analysis of both the functional and non-functional requirements (reliability, efficiency, usability, etc.)· Set up the test environment and required test data· Analyze the product risk to determine the test depth and identify residual risks· Conduct and document tests in alignment with the specified test cases and identify, analyze, describe, and isolate errors· Provide test reports and evidences to key stakeholdersAdditional Job Description:· Dynamic and agile mindset, being passionate about change· Independent, efficient, proactive and meticulous ways of working· Able to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasks· Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills· Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills· Proven skills as a test engineer· Familiarity with testing and automation tools , e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, or Tosca· Relevant higher education, professional background, certifications within engineering, computer science, or computer· engineeringKnowledge and Experience Required in:· Test Data Management· Testing Methodology· Test Automation Tools· Test Execution· Test Environments· Continuous Integrations· Selenium· Test EngineeringLanguage:· English (must to have)· German (good to have)
