Test Engineer

🔵 Capitole is still growing and we want to do it with you! 🚀For one of our clients in the banking sector, we are seeking a Test Engineer (English speaker) with solid project management experience and a track record of handling high-pressure, multi-stakeholder environments. While this role carries test management responsibilities, it is ideal for someone with a broader project leadership background who can bridge the gap between business teams and external providers.🤖 Responsabilities and Requirements:Oversee and coordinate the test strategy and execution for Core Banking system changes or implementations.Act as the main point of contact between internal business stakeholders and external IT service providers.Structure and manage the test lifecycle (planning, preparation, execution, defect tracking, and closure).Drive collaboration across teams to ensure test readiness and mitigate risks early.Provide clear reporting on progress, blockers, and quality indicators to project steering.Ensure testing efforts align with project timelines and business expectations.🛠️ Technical Requirements:Experience in Banking systems and complex IT projects (not necessarily as a test specialist, but with exposure to QA processes).Strong background in project coordination/management, especially in high-stakes environments.Ability to navigate between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring both sides are aligned.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Experience working with external software providers or system integrators is a plus.🎉 Why Capitole?🤝 Our employees come first.
