Convert abstract test needs into real test plans. Ensure the execution of a part of the extended product design validation test plan and youmake sure the agreed milestones are being met. Convert the mid-long term planning in weekly planning and solve roadblocks which endangerthe progress in order to ensure high efficiency. Prepare, coordinate, perform (data) analysis and reporting of development tests. Work together with different disciplines to solve possible roadblocks. Help to work towards quality requirements as described in ISO 17025Qualifications Master in Automotive, Electro-Mechanical with a strong interest for automotive or equivalent byExperience Experience in the field of automotive testing and testing facilities. Experience with Hybrid Powertrains and Automatic Transmission is an advantage Experience in technically leading a team Analytical mindset Strong problem solving skills and are familiar with related methods like 8D.
