Job Description

Your tasksPlan, specify, and execute validation and verification activities for electrical/electronic automotive components and systems (e.g., ECUs, sensors, actuators, wiring harnesses)Develop test strategies based on system requirements, DFMEA, and regulatory standardsConduct functional, performance, environmental, and durability tests using test benches, HIL systems, and in-vehicle setupsOperate and maintain laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, data loggers, and climate chambersEnsure compliance with automotive standards like ISO 26262 (functional safety) and ASPICEAnalyze test results, identify deviations or failures, and document findings in validation reportsCollaborate with design, software, validation, and quality teams to resolve issues and enhance product robustnessParticipate in design reviews and support root cause analysis for field returns or test failuresImprove test automation, methodologies, and infrastructure continuously.Maintain traceability by creating and updating test plans, coverage matrices, and documentationYour profileDegree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related fieldSeveral years of experience in testing and integration of E/E systems within the automotive industrySolid hands-on experience with test methods and tools such as Vector CANoe/CANalyzer, LabVIEW, MATLAB, Python, CAPLStrong knowledge of in-vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet) and diagnostic protocols (UDS, OBD)Familiarity with HIL systems like dSPACE, NI, or ETASUnderstanding of ISO 26262 and safety-critical system developmentExperience with system-level software and hardware integration testingAbility to read schematics, analyze signals, and troubleshoot complex system interactionsExperience with EVs, battery systems, or power electronics is a plusPrototype driving license (e.g., BMW E1 or S1) is a plusYour PersonalityExcellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skillsAbout UsHOLON is one of the first vehicle manufacturers for autonomous movers with the standards and scaling potential that we know from the automotive industry. In addition to conventional scheduled services, the mover is to be used as an on-demand means of transport in order to meet the mobility needs of users.
