Job description:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Test Engineer to join our team at SCOTT HQ in Givisiez. In this role, you will contribute directly to the development of high-performance sports equipment. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple sports divisions, balancing hands-on workshop testing with office-based analysis and documentation. The position also offers opportunities to travel to international testing and production facilities. Key Responsibilities · Maintain and expand the internal testing database, including benchmarking and providing feedback to product engineers· Design, build, and commission proprietary test machines from concept to completion· Plan and execute performance test protocols in close coordination with Engineering and Quality Management teams· Conduct technical training sessions for international production partners and technical staff· Organize and manage test documentation across all SCOTT brands· Provide technical expertise and root cause analyses· Audit testing facilities at global production sites to ensure standards and best practices· Support with product field testing, including defining test objectives, collecting feedback, and processing performance data Profile · Master’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical field· Minimum 2 years of professional experience, ideally with a background in product testing· Strong knowledge of product testing methodologies; familiarity with bicycle mechanics and mechatronic systems is an advantage· Proficiency with DAQ systems, database management, and CAD software is a plus· Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities effectively· Fluent in English; basic knowledge of French or German preferred· Willingness to work on-site in Givisiez, Switzerland, with occasional travel to international facilitiesProfile description:· Master’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical field· Minimum 2 years of professional experience, ideally with a background in product testing· Strong knowledge of product testing methodologies; familiarity with bicycle mechanics and mechatronic systems is an advantage· Proficiency with DAQ systems, database management, and CAD software is a plus· Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities effectively· Fluent in English; basic knowledge of French or German preferred· Willingness to work on-site in Givisiez, Switzerland, with occasional travel to international facilities
