Test Engineer

Job DescriptionServes as a key member of the project team, taking overall responsibility for product verification through testing.Plans and manages test campaigns, developing test verification logic based on specifications and presenting justifications to the customer.Designs test concepts and leads the detailed design of test equipment, including analysis and shadow engineering for the procurement of complex components.Performs commissioning and debugging of test equipment to ensure functionality and reliability.Conducts development and qualification tests in accordance with project requirements.Processes, analyzes, and interprets test results, compiling comprehensive test reports.Automates and optimizes testing processes to support serial production and enhance efficiency.RequirementsMaster’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline, such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Programming experience in at least one programming language.Nice To HaveExperience in a related field, such as Space Engineering, Test Engineering, or Development Engineering.Familiarity with LabVIEW and Python software tools.Experience in project coordination, including scheduling and resource management.Hands-on experience working in a workshop or laboratory environment.
