Test Engineer

Proficient in scripting across multiple protocols; capable of creating reusable code and minimise the maintenance of test scriptsExperienced in handling medium to complex data preparation across integrated systems, including data refresh, masking and automationExperience building and maintaining automated performance test pipelines across multiple CI/CD platforms and drives shift left testingIntermediate to advanced Git user; familiar with branching, merging, and versioning strategiesDeveloped medium to complex stubs with custom logic mocking the integration, upstream and downstream systems.Skilled in building performance dashboards, developing moderately complex Splunk queries, and utilizing distributed tracing for end-to-end visibility. Provides performance tuning and optimization recommendations, including capacity planning based on test results and system metrics. Collaborates closely with architects, technical leads, and infrastructure teams to define right-sizing and scaling strategies.Hands-on experience with applications involving multiple technologies and integration pointsExposure to most listed platforms or similar; familiarity with deploying and testing on containerized and cloud-native environmentsProficient in writing medium to complex SQL queries; ability to create stored procedures is a plusExposure to chaos engineering tools (e.g., Gremlin, Litmus, Chaos Mesh) to evaluate system reliability under failure conditionsAwareness of SRE principles including SLI/SLO definition, error budgets, and proactive performance monitoring; experience collaborating with SRE teams is a plusExperience performing manual and automated deploymentsActively implements AI-assisted automation to improve productivity and testing efficiencyContinuously learns and applies emerging technologies and methodologiesStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experienced in creating detailed Test Summary Reports (TSRs) and conducting TSR review sessions with stakeholders to present insights and recommendations.
