Test Engineer with focus in integration

Your roleWe are looking for a person with experience in testing of complex software and interest in test automation. As a Test Engineer, you will perform and coordinate the planning and execution of software tests that are performed together with our customer projects. The role also include configuration of test environment and troubleshooting.You will work in close collaboration with systems engineering and define appropriate tests for existing and future functions, in complex technical systems.In your role you will be responsible for amongst other things:Systems integration, test and verification and validationDefine and maintain a common workflow regarding Integration and Verification, both from a product as well as a project perspectiveDefine and drive automation of selected test areas as well as workflow automationPlan and improve our processes, activities and operations continuouslyYour profileTo thrive in this role you are proactive and take full responsibility for allocated tasks. You can easily create trust within the organization and efficiently collaborate with team members.This work includes communication in various forms, both within the team and with other teams and project leads.To work as a Test Engineer means that you have to understand system behavior and performance. Your responsibility covers the planning and preparation of test environment as well as test execution, and reporting of the test outcome for the products.Required skills:Bachelor in Engineering or similarAt least two years of documented experience from software testingExcellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and writtenKnowledge in systems engineering i.e. requirements and corresponding testsStrong analytic skillsStructured in your workDesired skills:Knowledge of JiraKnowledge of LinuxTrouble shooting in complex systemsExperience from integration of complex computer systems, test automation or software developmentUnderstanding of requirement and compliance workThis position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around / of security protection.For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.What you will be a part ofExplore a wealth of possibilities.
