The ideal candidate should have experience in developing test plans and cases, executing tests, and analyzing and interpreting test results. They should have a knack for problem-solving and be able to find solutions to technical issues quickly and efficiently.Responsibilities:Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and associated scriptsDevelop and document strategies for repeated testsExecute and evaluate test plans and test casesAnalyze software test results and recommend corrective actionsPerform troubleshooting and debugging of test casesTrain personnel in software testing methodologyReview software requirements and test plansMonitor and report progress on test plans and casesWork collaboratively with other team membersProvide guidance and support to junior team members.Required:Banking experience would be preferred.Hands-on experience in software testing or a closely related field.In-depth knowledge of software testing processes and methodologies.Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.Experience in leading a team.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail.Let's talk about what's in it for you!Passionate people are Capgemini's Ace of Spades - join us to discover a career that will challenge, support and inspire you.
