We partner with tier-1 enterprise clients across retail, financial services and government to deliver high-impact transformation programs.We are currently seeking an experienced Test Lead to join a Melbourne-based engagement, requiring 3 days onsite.The OpportunityThis is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive test strategy, coordination and delivery across SIT, ST and UAT phases. You’ll work closely with business, technology and vendor stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes across complex enterprise platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the overall test approach and strategyLead and coordinate test analysts and automation engineersOversee SIT, System Testing and UAT cyclesManage defect triage, risk and reportingProvide clear status updates to stakeholdersEnsure test coverage across integrations and downstream systemsSupport release and go-live readinessMandatory Experience7+ years’ experience in testing, with leadership exposureProven experience leading SIT and UAT in enterprise environmentsStrong stakeholder engagement skillsExperience managing defect lifecycle (Jira or similar)Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile deliveryComfortable working 3 days onsite in MelbourneNice to HaveExperience across integration-heavy environmentsExposure to automation frameworksRetail, banking or large enterprise transformation experienceIf you are a hands-on Test Lead looking for your next Melbourne-based opportunity, reach out directly.#TestLead #MelbourneJobs #QualityEngineering #CloudMarc
